Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms
Creating more than one account per person breaches these terms. If we detect duplicate accounts, we freeze all of them, forfeit any balance in each, and may restrict you from reopening for 12 months. Use one account per person, and keep your login credentials private.
No. The terms binding your account are the ones you accepted on registration day. We may update terms going forward, but we cannot retroactively change rules for past play. If you disagree with current terms, you may close your account and request a data export before closure.
Abusive chat toward dealers, using bots or automated software to play, sharing your account login with others, or attempting to manipulate table outcomes all breach terms. Breaches result in a warning first; repeat offences lead to account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of balance.
We delete personal identifiers within 90 days of closure. Transaction records, game history and withdrawal proof remain encrypted and stored for 7 years to comply with local financial reporting rules. You may request a copy of your data before the 90-day window closes.
Deposits are non-refundable once they clear to your account balance and you can use them to play. If a deposit fails or is reversed by your bank or payment provider, we credit you automatically. Withdrawals follow our settlement schedule; your balance is never forfeited except for breach of these terms.
